Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act – Live Stream

Beginning January 2024, SB208 will make Illinois the third state in the nation, and the first in the Midwest to mandate paid time off to be used for any reason.

This legislation provides employees with up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12-month period, meaning that approximately 1.5 million workers will begin earning paid time off.

To help employers review their leave policies and prepare for compliance with this legislation, the Business Navigator Alliance of Southcentral and Southeastern Illinois is hosting a live stream of an in-person event hosted by Coles Together on Thursday, July 27 at 10 a.m.
