The Business Navigator Alliance of South Central and Southeastern Illinois is hosting a webinar to dive into these topics on January 26th at 10:30 a.m.
Adam Stroud, Senior Project Manager with PGAV Planners, a community planning consulting firm in St. Louis, will lead the discussion about how resources like TIF, Business Districts and Enterprise Zones can work together to create lasting community assets.
Todd Hull, City of Effingham Economic Development Director and Brittny Gipson, Dieterich Village Clerk will share regional examples of how these leveraging Tax Increment Financing, Business Districts and Enterprise Zones have strengthened and grown their community’s residential, industrial and commercial systems.
